Thank you for shopping with CABLETIME. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions for returns, refunds, replacements, and non-returnable situations.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return for non-quality-related reasons, the item must:
- Be unused
- Be in its original condition
- Be in its original packaging
- Include all accessories and parts
- Not be damaged by improper use, installation, or handling
Please do not send any item back without contacting us first.
2. Non-Quality-Related Returns
If you would like to return an item for reasons not related to product quality, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost
- Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable
- The item must meet the return eligibility conditions listed above
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund if the return is approved.
3. Defective, Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, incorrect, or missing parts or accessories, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@cabletimetech.com and provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the problem
After review and confirmation, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include:
- A replacement
- A partial refund
- A full refund
- Return instructions, if needed
For verified quality-related issues, CABLETIME will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide another suitable solution at our discretion.
4. Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at support@cabletimetech.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- The product name
- The reason for the return
- Clear photos or videos if the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Please note that return addresses may vary depending on the product, warehouse, or destination country.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
5. Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refund processing by us usually takes 3–5 business days
- The final posting time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

6. Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@cabletimetech.com.
- Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped
- Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled
- If you no longer want the item after shipment, please follow the return process described in this policy
7. Non-Returnable Situations
We may not accept returns in the following situations:
- The return request is made more than 30 days after delivery
- The item has been used, damaged, altered, or is not in resalable condition for non-quality-related returns
- The item is missing original packaging, accessories, manuals, or parts
- The damage is caused by misuse, improper installation, abnormal use, unauthorized repair, or external factors
- The item was returned without contacting us first and receiving return instructions
8. Customs, Duties, and Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
CABLETIME is not responsible for return or delivery issues caused by:
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Failure to complete customs clearance
- Refusal to accept the parcel
- Delays or losses caused by customs procedures or carrier issues beyond our reasonable control
If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, refusal, or failed customs clearance, additional shipping or handling fees may apply.
9. EU Customers
If you are located in the European Union, you may have certain statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. These rights are not affected by this policy.
