How long will my order take?
It takes 1 or 2 business days to prepare the product then the package will be sent out.
We‘ll ship the item in 3 business days and upload the tracking number ASAP, but the time of delivery depends on local delivery speed and customs clearance, which we cannot fully control. The international delivery usually may take 5 to 30 post days via different shipping options (please check the following information for more details about the available shipping methods). When your order is shipped out, a notification will be sent to the e-mail box you registered on our website. You can find a tracking number in the Email and you can track the state of order online.
What countries do you ship to?
CABLETIME provides delivery service to Global area. We use the services of a major, trusted international carrier to ensure that your packages arrive safely and reliably at their destination.
However, we do not delivery to the following countries:
Belarus, Burundi, Central African Republic, Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, MaliNicaragua, North Korea, SomaliaSudan and Darfur, South Sudan, Syria, Ukraine,, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabew, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia.

We ship products from China, Amazon warehouses, as well as other countries warehouses show as below.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

What are the different shipping options?
We provide several shipping methods for every country on the earth. they are DHL Express, UPS, FedEx, EMS, Standard Mail Post and Express Shipping, different in cost and time.You can choose whichever method suits you best when you place an order. DHL Delivery times are between 5-7 post days to all major destinations. For Middle East area, Africa, Southeast Asia and some small countries, DHL is the best shipping method for you to choose, whose shipping time and shipping cost are the most competitive(DHL does not accept Military address). DHL will update the shipping information onto website in 24 hours.

UPS Delivery times are between 5-7 post days to all major destinations. As UPS was founded in United States, if you want to ship your order to America, Canada, South America and United Kingdom, then UPS is fastest and cheapest express method for you to choose from(UPS does not accept Military address). UPS will update the shipping information onto website in 24 hours.

FedEx
FedEx Delivery times are between 5-7 post days to all major destinations. If you want to ship your order to Southeast Asia which the order weight is over 21kgs, then FedEx is the fastest and cheapest express shipping method (FedEx does not accept Military address). FedEx will update the shipping information onto website in 24 hours.

EMS
EMS Delivery times are between 7-15 post days to all over the world. And the shipping cost will be more competitive to the above 3 express shipping methods (EMS accept Military address). EMS will take 1-2 business days to update the information onto website. You can track EMS packages on your local post office websates. - Standard Mail Post
- Mail Post Delivery times are between 15-30 post days to all over the world. Although the delivery time is much longer, shipping costs are much lower if this option is chosen.

Free shipping is eligible for US country when you buy products over $75 (some countries might be higher). If the free choice is not shown on the shipping methods list, it means your purchase amount doesn't meet the requirements.

Can I change my shipping address?
In accordance with our policy, we cannot change shipping addresses once the order has been confirmed. (Once the package has been shipped, there is no chance to change the address.)

Shipping Information Not Updated
Sometimes it takes some time to update the information. If your shipment is from our international warehouses, it is in transit or clearing customs, the information will not be updated until it reaches the next shipping station.
Sometimes the shipping company may not update the package information in time. We will try to update that info for you or please feel free to to contact our email (support@cabletimetech.com) for help.
Are there any additional fees involved in shipping?
In some cases, products shipped from China will be subject to VAT, other taxes, duties and / or charges imposed by the destination country / territory. These additional taxes or customs charges are for the account of the addressee. Unfortunately, due to the wide variation in customs and tax policies among countries, it is not possible to estimate the possible charges. For more information, contact your local customs office or visit its official website. In some cases, customs clearance procedures are required; in such cases, there may be delays that will affect our initial delivery time.
VAT or import tax included?
Due to the customs policy of different countries, we CANNOT guarantee if there is a tax for you. Our product price does not include VAT or import tax of your country. But we’ll try our best to declare a comparatively reasonable value for the product.
From our previous experience, the following countries/regions haven’t been charged for import tax including the U.S, Singapore, South Korea and other EU countries (except remote area) such as Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom

What if I don't want it because of the customs taxes?
Normally, our customers would not be charged tariffs. However, because of increasingly strict customs inspection, it happens sometimes. We have no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. As per our policy, customers need to afford the tariffs, so please contact the local customs office to get your parcel first. If you do not, there is a high possibility that your parcel is destroyed but not returned, for more help you can contact our customer service through email (support@cabletimetech.com).
