Warranty Policy

CABLETIME offers a 2-year warranty and lifetime customer service on items.

All items purchased from cabletimetech.com will be replaced, at CABLETIME's discretion, with the same or similar product if found to be defective within two years of purchase.
1. Provide order number
2. Customers will be responsible for shipping charges and taxes for non-defective units returned.
3. Warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorized modifications, external causes such as acts of nature or shipping hazards, operation outside the intended use, or damage caused by accident or misuse of the product. The warranty also does not cover normal wear and tear or damage to non-Unitek products used in conjunction with the product.

Not covered under warranty:

Products without sufficient proof of purchase
Lost or stolen products
Items that are out of warranty
Non-quality issues (after 30 days of purchase)
Free products
Third party repairs
Damage from outside sources
Damage caused by misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, improper operation of equipment)
Purchases from unauthorized resellers
